We install our loft boarding on raised loft legs, which means that not only does your boarded area become sturdy enough for storage and movement, they become solidly weight bearing and can even help turn your loft into a more habitable space, without compromising your level of insulation - we will make that there is at least 270mm of A1 non-combustible insulation underneath!
We can board any size area in your loft, and you have the option of installing over current insulation, or we can install boarding and insulation together for you.
CHANGING YOUR SPACE, EXPANDING YOUR PROPERTY
We can install anything from as small as 5 SqM to full loft boarding, on average, 40SqM of sufficient, fully insulated boarding - Can you imagine the difference that 45SqM of extra space would make to your home?
We can also improve your attic hatch and install an easy-to-access loft ladder, which will make entry to your loft space a lot safe.
Prices for boarding are fully dependent on a pre-survey, but that is complementary and we can help you decide on the best option to suit you and your loft space.
