PAS 2030:2023 B9 Loft Insulation
Henvor Loft and Insulation Specialists have been in the Retrofit Space for over 6 years. Being one of the first companies in the UK to get certified under the PAS2030:2019 scheme, we have built up our knowledge, expertise and experience of working in Retrofit continuously. We have worked on a number of funded schemes including ORP and SHDF, providing loft insulation and the associated services of Ventilation and Design.
Confident and Competent with providing all required evidence, both site and back of house, with a robust QMS already in place, a proud Construction Line Gold accolade, SSPI and Social Value Certificates.
Ventilation
Along with providing the insulation, we are also able to provide ventilation works, both mechanical and background, through our trusted, accredited contractors.
Our electrical contractors hold NICEIC Electrical certificates, 18th Edition and are CPS for the required measures.
Our in-house Carpenter provides undercuts and Tickle Vents.
Air-Pressure testing can be arranged but pleas note that this is not an in-house measure and will be sourced out.
Retrofit Design & Vent Strat
As a Loft insulation Contractor, we can also provide you with a Retrofit Design and Ventilation Strategy if required.
We hold the relevant competency to complete these documents under PAS 2035, if your project is a single EEM or 2 EEMs (including Loft insulation) that do not interact.
