Henvor Loft and Insulation Specialists have been leaders in the retrofit services sector for over 6 years, focusing on energy efficiency. As one of the first companies in the UK to achieve certification under the PAS2030:2019 scheme, we have continuously developed our knowledge, expertise, and experience in retrofit solutions. We have successfully participated in several funded schemes, including ORP and SHDF, providing quality loft insulation along with essential services such as Ventilation and Design.

We are confident and competent in providing all necessary evidence, both on-site and back of house, supported by a robust Quality Management System (QMS). Additionally, we proudly hold a Construction Line Gold accolade, along with SSPI and Social Value Certificates.

Along with providing loft insulation, we also offer ventilation works—both mechanical and background—through our trusted, accredited contractors. Our electrical contractors hold NICEIC Electrical certificates, are qualified to the 18th Edition, and are CPS compliant for the required measures to enhance energy efficiency. Our in-house carpenter provides undercuts and Tickle Vents as part of our retrofit services. While air-pressure testing can be arranged, please note that this service is not in-house and will be sourced out.

As a Loft insulation contractor, we can also provide you with a Retrofit Design and Ventilation Strategy if required, ensuring optimal energy efficiency for your project. We possess the relevant competency to complete these documents under PAS 2035, particularly if your project involves a single EEM or 2 EEMs (including loft insulation) that do not interact.
