Loft Insulation Menu / Price List
All quotes are subject to a full survey.
Pitched roof loft insulation surveys are free and will determine the price to be charged. Quotes can be given over the phone but wont be finalised until the loft space has been surveyed for the requested service. If a quote is given without a survey (due to distance, for example) the total price will be a guide and may be subject to change once the area has been surveyed prior to starting the loft insulation work.
Installation Pre-Survey
Free
A survey will need to be completed before each loft insulation install, determining whether it will be rolled or blown loft insulation.
Survey on a Flat Roof
£45
Survey MUST be undertaken before hand due to nature of the flat roof structure/build. Fee will be taken off the final price if the job is able to be completed. Price does not include VAT @ 20%.
EPCs
Prices start at £85 + VAT
EPC will be provided based on a full property assessment by a registered Domestic Energy Assessor and price will be dependent on property type and size.
Insulation and Boarding
Loft boarding is installed on raised loft legs, without compromising insulation depth. Insulation Install Certificate supplied. Price will depend on area to be boarded, access, type of insulation installed and full survey.
Installation Services
Price upon Survey
All installs will be subject to a Survey.
Prices will depend on attic space, property type and installation requirements. All quotes are complimentary.
Loft Boarding
Price upon Survey
Loft Boarding installation using either loft legs or the LoftZone Boarding system.
Removal
Removal and disposal of existing insulation. Prices are subject to VAT @ 20%.

Simple Removal 100 SqM and above

Removal with signs of Rodents / Infestation
If there are Rodents or signs of Rodents/Infestations from the survey, prices start at the following. All Prices are subject to VAT @ 20%.
