Loft rolls are the most popular and recognised choice for insulating loft spaces. 

Our preferred Brands are Rockwool & Knauf due to the high safety spec (A1 Euro Class, Non-Combustible insulation), the non-hygroscopic properties (does not absorb or hold on to moisture) and breathability (allowing moisture vapour to pass through).

This means that the insulation used is perfect for almost every property, especially properties that are of Traditional construction (Pre-1919) and properties that have a high focus on resident/occupant safety and welfare, such as care homes and schools.

We can install to your required depth* and can use other products to align to your required specification and/or U-Value.

*Government standard is currently 270mm.

The raised boarding system allows for a full 300mm of loft insulation beneath, whilst giving you additional safe and secure space to use as you wish.
Raised loft boarding is secure enough to be utilised for storage or walkways, and can often be a much needed solution to clutter.

Boarding can be expensive, so we will always assess what is needed to allow for saving costs, but remember, we can always add onn to make your space bigger if needed.
All boarding is finished with trim.
Additional elements can include adding in lighting and a new hatch/ladder.

One of the quickest and most effective ways to insulate small or hard to reach loft spaces and floors. 

Fully non-combustible A1 Insulation (Rockwool Rockprime) is blown in to 300mm. Insulation is fed into a machine and blown through a large pipe into the loft. 

100m2 can be fully insulated in approx. 2 hours making this a quick and cost effective insulation service.

One laid, the insulation becomes dense and compact, so there is no concern for movement or disturbance.
