We can provide Loft Rolls or Blown In Insulation for your property, based on your specific requirements, size and specification.

Our preferred Insulation Brands are Rockwool & Knauf due to the high safety spec (A1 Euro Class, Non-Combustible insulation), the non-hygroscopic properties (does not absorb or hold on to moisture) and breathability (allowing moisture vapour to pass through).

This means that the insulation used is perfect for almost every property, especially properties that are of Traditional construction (Pre-1919) and properties that have a high focus on resident/occupant safety and welfare, such as care homes and schools.

We can install to your required depth* to align to your required specification and/or U-Value and provide full compliance detail for both able to pay and funded schemes, Domestic and Commercial.

*Government standard is currently 270mm.

Make the most of your loft space by installing a raise loft boarding system.
The raised boarding system allows for a full 300mm of loft insulation beneath, whilst giving you additional safe and secure space to use as you wish. 

All Loft Boarding is finished with trim, with options of additional lighting systems and/or hatch and ladder renewal.
Raised loft boarding is secure enough to be utilised for storage or walkways, and can often be a much needed solution to a cluttered home.

Boarding can be expensive, so we will always assess what is needed to allow for saving costs, remembering, you can always add on to make your space bigger if needed.

We offer a full removal service when required.

We have trained operatives who can remove damp, infected or contaminated insulation, due to leaks, mould, spills or rodent infestations, where we will safely remove and dispose of the insulation, followed by a full clean and biocidal disinfect of the loft space, ensuring safety standards are met.

This can be done with little to zero impact to the property, meaning your home space will not be affected.

As registered Upper Tier Waste Carriers, we can provide full or partial property clearance and removal of items, disposed of correctly with the required WTN (Waste Transfer Notice) provided.

All operatives are trained and have enhanced DBS checks available to be checked, prior to any works being carried out. 

Property cleaning post Clearance can also be arranged.
