Our Process

From the initial survey to handover, we ensure that every step is handled with attention to detail and quality.

We are fully compliant to the PAS & Retrofit Process, providing all required documentation, IBGs and pre/mid/post images post-installation.

Subcontractors we use have worked directly with us for at least 6 years, and we take full responsibility for their works, compliance and handovers.

COMMERCIAL v DOMESTIC PROJECTS

Domestic Projects

We have worked with Social Housing for over 6 years on various projects, from rodent infested insulation removal and replacement, to low loft void spaces, installing blown-in Rockwool.

We have worked on cohorts of 130 properties directly reporting to RSL's and have worked on Cohorts of 300 properties working on behalf of a Principal Contractor, every time providing the same high standard of service and installation.

We have also acted as the delivery partner for a number full schemes, inclusive of Retrofit Design, Ventilation and handover along with being the trusted installation installer for a number of PAS Audits for our Clients.

Commercial Projects

We have worked alongside a number of councils as the Primary delivery partner for loft insulation and ventilation in Commercial Buildings such as Carehomes, Office Blocks, Swimming Pools and Schools.

We can seamlessly work around what can potentially be challenging environments, many with potential vulnerable occupants, with ease, making the installations seamless and swift, whilst maintaining strong levels of industry compliance.

Working directly with Operation leads and department managers means that communication is clear, direct and timely.
